I was wondering whether or not anyone knew of a good prestige class for a Viking-themed barbarian I'm making.

So, do you?
Thanks in advance.

Bear Warrior or Frenzied Berserker, hands down. If you are focusing on the longboat-raiding angle, a nautical PrC might also be of interest for you (i.e. Dread Pirate, Legendary Captain).

A rogue level or two makes the Scarlet Corsair a good choice. Otherwise... I don't know if you need it. Leviathan Hunter might be cool, Frenzied berserker is a bit tricky (One is easy to flip oup, but 200? They will butcher themselves for 98% of the battle), so I might suggest going with simple barbarian... Or maybe Frostrager or Primeval, if you want to be a little more mythical. Other options - not that barbarianish, maybe, but still valid - might include Ravager, Reaping Mauler, the marshall-esque PrC from Races of the Dragon (Dragonlord, iirc), maybe the Pious Templar (paladin-ish religious warrior of sorts) and a few others. BTW, are you the ship-captain viking or the berserker viking?

Berserker warrior, all the way. I'll be the crazy axe wielding bastard who's first into the fray. No hiding behind others for me!

if u wanna go super good and a lil divine you could try the champion of gwynharwyf from the book of exhalted deeds.
