The reguirements for daggerspell mage state 5th level arcane spellcaster a warlock would meet these requirements. However Arcane Infusion requires the expenditure of spell slots (or memorized spells) in order to provide a duration of the effect I would gladly take any suggestions as to how to work this around a Warlock's unique casting style.

You can't, unless you modify the PrC entirely to fit warlock. Having met the requirement of the PrC doesn't automatically grant you the PrC's every ability if you cannot meet the ability's requirements, in this case, lack of spell slots.

The only way to use this would be to take a feat that gives an arcane spell slot - such as Precocious Apprentice, but that would a 1/day use - or to take a level in one or more arcane casting classes.

You could, for example, take a level of Warmage and a level of Sorcerer and gain 8 or 10 1st level spell slots.

A warlock can get into the Daggerspell Mage class but, as noted, can't take full advantage of all its special features. That doesn't mean that the class is worthless even when using it by the RAW because it often isn't too difficult to add the Sneak Attack damage to your Eldritch Blasts.

Now modifying the class to be Warlock friendly isn't too difficult although you will still lose a little of the functionality you'd gain with a spellcaster.

Daggercast: Allow use of Invocations and EB when wielding twin daggers.

Invocation of the Knife: Treat as an Essense Invocation that alters part of the EB damage to slashing (subject to DR).

Double Daggercast: Sorry, no conversion here unless you have touch based Invocations in which case they should apply to Daggercast as well.

Arcane Infusion: No conversion, ability is lost.
Arcane Throw: If you allow a Touch Invocation to be "Daggercast" then keep. Should not work with EB.

Daggerspell Furry: I don't think this converts well.
