So far as I know, nobody has officially updated the berserk. You'd obviously want to replace references to Wilderness Lore with Survival, and update Expertise to Combat Expertise. 3.5 made Animal Empathy a class special ability of the ranger so just drop the references to it as a feat and replace them with references to it as a special ability. Other than that I don't see anything in my quick persual that needs updating. :)
