does it stack? : wayfarer 1.5Xrange<>enlarge spell [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-06-07, 11:17 AM First of all sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum, its my fist thread.

Im building a 9lvl wizard 3lvl wayfarer guide and i was woundering if the improved range of teleportation spells worked with en enlarge version of f.eks dimention door.

Dimention door meets the prerequisites for both improved range and enlarge spell.

If it stack witch effect is added first when calculating the final range?

The enlarge spell feat and Improved Range increase the base distance only. So your normal range would be 840', plus enlarge makes it 1680', plus the 50% for Improved Range (which is 50% of 840') equals 2100'.

Just keep that in mind whenever you multiply something. It is multiplied by the BASE figure. It's in the PHB p.304 about multiplying.
