I have been looking all morning for a prestige class I remember but can't remember the name of. It was a female "dominatrix" sort of character that used whips. I thought it was in Forgotten Realms but I just flipped through my books and wasn't able to find it. At first I thought it was the Thayan Slaver but obviously not.

Can anyone help me out? I want to think that it had the word Pain in the title?

There is a Prc called Incanatrix and I think it's in Player's Guide to Faerun

Maiden of Pain, or something like that. It was in PGtF, at the end of the book, in the vile/exalted section.

If you want dominatrix in FR, you're looking for Loviatar anyway. If you're looking for something less extreme - FR toned down ED/VD a little, but they're still not exactly feasible in some ways - there is a PrC for her specialty priestesses in Shining south that gives them more attacks with the scourge, full BAB, and 1/2 casting for 6 levels... Not especially great, but tolerable imo.

There are two possibilities and no incantatrix isn't it. The first one is the maiden of pain found in players guide to faerun on page 183. The other option is thrall of Malcanthet in dragon 353.

Maiden of Pain is what I was trying to remember. Thanks for everybody's help!

I would like to look at Thrall of Malcanthet, unfortunately I don't know anybody with that issue. Thanks for the suggestion though. I will try and get ahold of it to look at.
