| theheiress04-30-07, 12:22 AM | Has anyone run across a Matron Mother prestige class (idea in mind - Baldur's Gate II Matron Mothers from the Drow Underdark) My character is a lvl3 wiz/lvl3 cler/lvl2 mystic theurge, and i'm building her up to regain her house in the underdark and become the matron mother of that house...so i was wondering what kind of abilities/progression would be appropriate for such a class thanks! |

Sorry, had to, overall I know of nothing of the sort, though a matron is just usually an elder, powerful priestess of Lloth. Though your Theurge levels and arcane magic give you an edge, you are weaker in the eyes of the clergy and Lloth than those of your experience. Good luck surviving your younger siblings' bids of power. |

True, technically it's for any priestess, but let's be honest - favor with Lloth tends to equal status, and vice versa. After all, which senior priestess of the Spider Queen would settle for anything less than domination of her clan... the city... and the entire world! It doesn't quite tie in the with the wizardry, but I think you will find it most delightful :D |
