The Eldritch Pact Maker (working title, taking suggestions)

Requirements:
Skills: Intimidate 4, Knowledge(The Planes) 8, Bluff 6
Special: Eldritch Blast damage 2d6, Ability to bind a 2nd-level vestige,

Hit Dice: d6
BAB: medium
Saves: strong WILL, FORT; weak REF

Class skills:
bluff, concentration, craft, decipher script, diplomacy, disguise, gather information, intimidate, knowledge (arcana), knowledge (history), knowledge (the planes), knowledge (religion), profession, sense motive, spellcraft, use magic item,

Class Features:
(level gained: name of class feature)
1st: Soul Binding
At each "Eldritch Pact Maker" level, your soul binding ability improves as if you had also gained a level in the binder class.
Thus your "Eldritch Pact Maker" levels and binder levels stack for the purpose of determining your bonus to binding checks, the effectiveness of your vestige-granted abilities, your ability to bing higher-level vestiges, and the number of vestiges you can bind.
You do not however, gain any other benefit a binder would have gained.

1st: Invocations
At each level, you gain new invocations known and an increase in caster level as if you had also gained a level in an invocation-using class to which you belonged before adding the "Eldritch Pact Maker" level.
(This includes eldritch blast). You do not, however gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained.

2nd: Suppress Sign
You gain the Binder class feature of the same name (see ToM 11).
If you allready have that class feature you gain the expell vestige feat instead.
You gain this feat even if you do not meet it'S requirements. If you also already have this feat, you do not gain a further advantage from this class feature.

3rd: Eldritch Empowerment
You can Empower one of your spell-like abillities, as if you had used the Empower spell-like abillity feat on it.
You can only use this abillity while you have a Vestige bound. If you use this ability you must choose one abillity granted by a currently bound vestige. You cannot use that abillity during the next 5 rounds.
You can use this abillity 3 times per day. Eldritch Empowerment does not stack with the empower spell-like ability feat.

4th: Pact Augmentation
When you bind a Vestige, you can choose one additional pact augmentation.

5th: Pact Surge
You can use an abillity granted by a vestige that, once used, cannot be used again for 5 rounds a second time before it cannot be used for 5 rounds. If you do this, you cannot use your Eldricht Blast for 5 rounds.

6th: Eldritch Soul
Dealing with both eldritch powers and vestiges has hardened your soul to the point that nothing could scare you anymore.
You gain immunity to fear.

8th: Tipping the Balance
You can bind one additional vestige over and beyond your usual maximum number of bound vestiges if all your bindings are good bindings, but if you do so, you must show the signs of all currently bound vestiges and are subject to all their influences in inconsistent patterns. While using this ability, you also loose use of one invocation of your choice from among the highest level invocations you know or of your eldritch blast.

Also, choose one invocation of the highest level of invocations avaible to you.
If you bind one Vestige less than you could bind, not counting Tipping The Balance (e.g. if your EBL is 8, allowing you to normaly bind two vestiges you must bind only one Vestige), you gain the use of this Invocation.
If you gain the chosen invocation as a regular invocation known, you immediately chose a new invocation for that Tipping The Balance applies to.
If gain access to a new level of invocations, you may chose a new invocation for Tipping The Balance to replace the invocation that Tipping The Balance currently applies to.

9th: Eldritch Quicken
You can quicken one of your spell-like abillities, as if you had used the quicken spell-like abillity feat on it. You can only use this abillity while you have a Vestige bound. If you use this ability you must choose one vestige you have currently bound. You cannot use any abillities granted by that vestige during the next 5 rounds.
You can use this abillity 2 times per day

10th: Investiture from Beyond
The Presence of powers within you have warped your body and soul.
You type changes to outsider and you gain the native subtype.
You gain damage resistance 10/magic or cold iron
You gain energy resistance 5 to any two energy types of your choice.

Designer's Notes:
I am toying with the following changes:
[list]
Add requirement
Feat: Iron Will
not a useless feat, and thematically fitting.
make Eldritch Quicken 1/d
Investiture from Beyond is not all that special, maybe some other kind of transformation is in order.
maybe make one level (8th or 1st seem good candidates) a "either soul binding or invocation" improvement level.

I tried to emphasize the synergy between soul binding and warlock invocation, making class features that allow for interessting interactions between the two sets of abilities. I tried to make it less powerfull than the Anima Mage (not that difficult)

The format is hard to follow:(

As for a better title might I suggest something like these:

Eldritch Covenant
Bound Entente
Unearthly League

or just pop onto dictionary.com and use their thesaurus for alternative words:D

As a lover of both binders and warlocks, I approve of any attempt to blend them...

For the final transformation, I would change into an Aberration instead of an outsider (more fitting, to me, for the vestige part... could see it swinging either way).

Most (all?) of the warlock prestige classes seem to have at least one 'special eldritch essence' included. I'm not sure what would best fit for a binder, maybe something that lowers all saves by 1 (stacks up to 5 times) for a number of rounds = to your binder level/2? Flavored as 'sharing' the vestige bond through your eldritch blast in a negative way.

Also, it seems pretty simple to use bloodlines or something to get five vestiges bound at the same time with your abilities as written...
