Epic Dread Commando [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-18-07, 08:59 PM Well I am back for another epic prestige class question, this time with the Dread Commando. Though I am not expecting much since I have never seen an epic progression for a five level prestige class, but I was just wondering anyone had found a proper way of going about it for at least another five levels.

07-22-07, 03:03 PM 5 level PRC's generally don't have epic progression (at least not the ones I know off). Mostly this is because 5-levelers have some neat abilities that fit nicely into (drumroll) five levels (zzzing), and 10-level PRC's oftentimes have a thing or two that scales or is generic (extra sneak attack, bonus feats, scaling abilities etc..) and thus are easier to epicify (that's not a word, btw). So I don't think you will find an epic progression for the Dread Commando.

Of course, I'm wrong a lot, so maybe you will.

07-22-07, 03:14 PM Unfortunately the first step towards making the Dread Commando an epic progression is to take the five level version and make it 10 levels. I think I'd rather keep the five level version and then add a second PrC to my character.
