Familar's skill to get a PRC? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I am curious however, about how on earth you got this idea...
I mean, the sidebar about familiars in the Skills paragraph states that "For each skill in which either the master or the familiar has ranks, use either the normal skill ranks for an animal of that type or the master's skill ranks, whichever are better." This is written in a section that rather clearly and unambiguously describes the Familiar's stats, not the masters....
