Forsaker or something like that [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-12-07, 03:38 PM Does anyone know is the Forsaker PrC from Masters of the Wild was ever updated? Or, does anyone know about any PrCs that are similar to the Forsaker but perhaps a little more viable (not being able to have any magic at all, is pretty harsh).

06-12-07, 04:39 PM Ocult Slayer at the Complete warrior. Combine it with the mage slayer feat at complete arcane and a spiked chain and you are set for a nightmare against casters

06-12-07, 10:35 PM Yeah, Occult Slayer is probably the default for someone who hunts casters, but doesn't hate ever shred of magic. There are also several of others - I recall there being one in Tome of Magic (under the Binder section, I think) and one in Magic of Incarnum. I'm pretty sure I've seen others, but I can't recall where, sadly.

For anti-caster feats, the Mage Slayer chain from Complete Arcane is great, particularly with reach weapons, some levels of Crusader (Tome of Battle), and some movement-halting goodies.
