General prc question [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-07-07, 03:43 PM RAW, Is there a limit to the number of Prc's one character may have? Does the multi-classing penalty apply to prc's?

I've noticed some crazy builds on the optimization boards. I am thinking that they ignore the multi-classing penalty for optimization and perhaps even some prc prerequisites.

Are there any limitations on prc's in the rules other than prereq's?

Not true. The whole point of optmizing is creating powerful characters that remain within the rules.

There is no limit unless you DM says so. And no, PrC's do not count toward multiclass penalties.
