If no good ones exist, I'll try to whip something up to share with everyone. The Fochlucan Lyrist (my favorite, if impractical PrC), is essentially a Fighter/Bard/Druid. The Divine Prankster (Races of Stone) comes close -- it gives the moral equivalent of Baric Music (and improves Inspire Courage), but it only gives spellcasting for one class, so you have to choose to improve Clerical or Bardic spells at each level.
