I'm considering an archer cleric, and was wondering if there were any good prestige classes out there that cater to this kind of build? Especially something incorporating sneak attack (or similar) along with increased divine caster levels.

You can't go wrong with cleric20.

If you want sneak attack, the best I know is the divine stalker. Still, the prerequisites and the PrC itself mean you lose at least 2 caster levels. For "pure" archers, I would probably go for a slight boost of BAB so you can get an extra attack, and maybe a feat or two. What about the PrC version of the ranger from Unearthed Arcana? It's available at the SRD. While it works better with druids, it could work for clerics as well (fighter2/cleric 2/scout or rogue 1 would be my personal choice if I were to use it)

Rogue/temple raider of Olidamera. Take the feat Zen Archery (CW). If you want to be an actual cleric (temple raider gains spell casting) then I know of no prc that grants SA that clerics can take. Places to look would be Complete Champion or Races of the Wild (though I doubt that one, I have read it once and I can't remember anything) as I don't have access to them currently. But definatly Zen Archery.

There's the Black Flame Zealot, but I think it's a half-caster, and the required feats are for melee-focused types.

I made a real good elf druid archer once, but because of the versatility of the druid, my feats were all over the place: PBS, Rapid Shot, Natural Spell, Empower Spell, Craft Wand, Improved Counterspell. I played from 1st to 16th level, when the campaign finale happened.

It might make more sense to go Cleric 20, and just research new spells that enhance your archery. Or get a bow of spell-storing, if such a thing is possible, maybe combined with a metamagic rod of quicken spell to "recharge" the bow. Or somehow craft a bow that lets you cast spontaneous Inflict spells through it automatically. Or domain spells, or something like that.

Also, maybe choose Domains that enhance archery, like Celerity and Elf, if those domains are allowed.

I don't know what the divine stalker is, either, don't think I've seen it..?

I've seen a couple clericish prestige classes that have a sneak attack progression, but they're all for evil characters. Like the black flame zealot or the strifeleader (from Forgotten Realms, 'Faiths and Pantheons'). I want something suitable for a good or neutral character.

What I'd really like is a divine equivilant of the Arcane Trickster or something similar.

IIRC the people over at Giantitp.com made a divine version of the trickster, so maybe you should ask there. As for cleric-SA PrCs, there aren't that many, really... Strifeleader, Darkmask (Lords of Darkness), BFZ - most tend towards evil.

Anyway, sorry about the confusion: I meant the Shadowbane stalker from CDiv. It is LG only, but that is why you have a nice little adaptation column.

You could put soulknife (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/psionicSoulknife.html) 2/soulbow (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060403a&page=2) 1 somewhere in there, so that you can fire mind arrows with a single free hand that have wisdom-based damage.

Found the divine trickster at Gaintip, thanks, that looks neat. Now just the question of if it'd be allowed or not. Shadowbane Stalker isn't bad either, but I'd have to get the alignment changed (I do not want to be lawful), which would probably involve a restructuring of the organization.

Interesting ideas. :)
