Any of you guys have a Grenadier type of Prc? I DM a Steam-Punk campaign, so muskets and bombs are present. Imagine a cross between WWI infantry and standard fantasy people. Skilled in the musket and grenades (thrown splash weapons). Proficient in Light Armour and the Breastplate perhaps as well as the musket, the pistol and thrown splash weapons. Any ideas or suggestions?

Oh, geez. I thought you meant the anime when I saw the title. Well, that's what I get for watching AMVs for three straight hours.

Captain Howdy had a class called the Spellbomber, but I'm guessing you want something less for casters? I think Duelist from the DMG would work. You just have to change Weapon Finesse as a prereq, and change the bonus damage from "one-handed piercing weapon" to "any piercing weapon" so muskets get the damage as well.

As for splash weapons, I know that PHBII (and I think Sword and Fist) have some feats for splash weapons.

Finally, there is a third party book I have called Steam and Sorcery, which has a Demolitionist class and a Musketeer class. I'm not certain if they're OGL or not, but I can certainly check for you.

[What's AMV and OGL?]

AMV means "Anime music video." Clips from a television show or movies set to a song.

OGL means "Open Gaming License." Basically, Open Gaming Content material is what we're aloud to legally share and use online. Everything in the System Reference Document here on Wizards is under the OGL. (Basically, most of the stuff in the Player's Handbook, the Dungeon Master's Guide, and the Monster Manual.)

Certain other things are considered to be under the OGL as well, including the SRDs for d20Modern, BESM (Anime d20), and some parts of certain 3rd-party books.
