So this PrC is a legal choice for a DFA/Divine combo, but with an alignment restriction of chaotic/evil corresponding to alignment restrictions on warlock. So the first thing Id change is that, to possibly requiring worshiping a Draconic deity, like one of the 9 in Draconomicon for example.

Next there are the Gifts of the Divine. The following require no change:

Fearful Glare
Fiendish Resistance
Protective Aura
Strength of Will

These require some modification:

Corrupting Blast: Instead of using a breath effect, you get the text effect for corrupting blast. Restrict BW to hitting only 1 target when using this effect. Until DFA level 11 (corresponds to the level where Warlock can AoE their Eldritch Blast).

Damage Reduction: Change to DR/magic and allow it to stack with DFA DR.

Healing Blast: In place of a breath effect allow your breath weapon to heal living or harm undead. Restrict BW to hitting only 1 target when using this effect. Until DFA level 11 (corresponds to the level where Warlock can AoE their Eldritch Blast).

Wild Frenzy: Functions as per the text but adds +2 damage to BW also.

Eldritch Spellweave: Allow certain Breath Effects to be comboed with spells. Such as Slow, Sickening, Weakening, etc. But not Elemental types or types that increase damage such as Enduring, Fivefold or Discorporating. Otherwise keep all the same restrictions on which spells can be used on as per the text.

Lastly by RAW you do not gain breath effects as you go up with levels in this PrC since they are not invocations. This is the one Im not too sure about allowing one to gain breath effects (based on the logic that Warlock Blast effects are invocations and they gain them with this PrC) seems a little too good, and leaves little reason to take the main class over the PrC.

Timeless Body: No Change.
