Minmaximus 05-08-07, 02:16 PM	Another DM, and myself have toyed with the idea of a prestige class that can make his own magic weapon. Similiar to a soulknife. Actually designed one before the psionic book came out. (But good luck proving that right). The main idea being it would be a 10 lvl class. Each level you would get a "plus" to put on a weapon. Could use as a bonus, or to "buy" an ability. Example: 2nd level guy could make a +2 wpn, or a +1 with shock. Could never stack with an existing magic weapon. And the main idea being that one could change the weapon in combat. Would be basically a warrior/arcane build, and give some spell levels too. Would love some input, and I'll post my original idea later
teshen 05-08-07, 02:37 PM	Are you familiar with some of the Mind's Eye articles? Psychic Weapon Master (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040827d). The Kensai from Complete Warrior does the scaling magic weapon as well the Samurai base class from Oriental Adventures.
