It seems odd that a Horizon Walker doesn't gain Knowledge Planar as a class skill with all the planar abilities they gain later on. Is there something out there that says that's a mistake? I think the PrC is more terrain based than plane based. The planar terrain mastery refers to her better understanding of the terrain type has broaden to include planar terrains, not the planes themselves. Again, it is just as easy to argue otherwise. So, if you really think it should have it, houserule so.
