Human Monster
In all societies there are rules about what is acceptable and what is unacceptable, and most people more or less fallow these rules. For a human monster, however these rules mean nothing and there is nothing that is taboo. From cannibals to self mutilation to living in subhuman conditions these individuals live lives that result in them being pushed away from others until they have sunken so low into a pit of madness and depravity that they are not even considered to be human any longer.

What is a deformity feat?

underpowered. The Deformity feats don't do too much to alter the character and fear 1/day isn't enough. I'd add fear as a 1st lvl ability with uses per day equal to the number of deformities , and the number of deformities should be added to the save DCinstead of the class lvl. I also think the fear affect should only work on humanoids.

Deformity feats are from the book of vile darkness and heroes of horror. You mess up you body to get things from it, like sharpening your teeth to get a bite attack, its all evil though so not for paladins.
