The Shifter was the NWN adaptation of the Shifter in Masters of the Wild, which could eventually Wild Shape into *anything*.

However, NWN and Masters of the Wild were 3.0.

The 3.5 update to the Shifter is the Master of Many Forms in Complete Adventurer.

There are also links to similar lists for feats, monsters, classes, and more. They can be real handy if you have a good idea what you're looking for.
