| Draklinthor11-26-07, 11:48 PM | If I remember correctly, there was a kit in the old Complete Bard's book called the Jongleur. I can't remember the details of the kit and was hoping to find something here. I admit, I didn't look through all of these threads, but I did look through alot. Closest thing I came across was the Master Thrower and a couple other weapon throwing prestige classes, but it isn't what I'm looking for. Now, I'm not asking anyone to make a prestige class up for me or anything, I was just wondering if any of you frequent board posters know of anything close to that kit? Or have something of your own made up? Long story short, I'm an old player who hasn't played in ages who has actually talked his wife into trying it out just for the fun of it. One of my old characters was a Jongleur and I was wanting to redo him up as an NPC. I know, I'm the DM, make something up I like and go with it, but I would like to follow some rules and if I did that, I would make him overpowered or something, so... any help would be appreciated. If anything I'll get that old book off of ebay or something and make something up and come here let you guys help me balance it out. Thanks in advance, Drak |

I'd say your best bet would be to qualify for them with levels in rogue, then PrC into the thief acrobat (from Complete Adventurer) and master thrower classes...each has a little bit of the flavor once assigned to the jongleur; which was good at both throwing weapons and juggling, and acrobatics and tumbling. Juggling used to let you catch thrown weapons, the 3.5 equivalent is snatch arrows. For flavor I'd also spend a few points in perform. |

I still need to get my hands on the Complete Bard's book for reference, and a few others. There is so many PrC's out there that are similiar in style, a Jongleur PrC would be senseless. Drak |
