06-23-07, 04:11 PM It's probably far too late for this to matter, but unfortunately it doesn't.

Check out the Fist of Raziel (www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20031012a) (Book of Exalted Deeds) if you want a full-BAB class that grants proficiencies.
