A PrC based off the Orc Warlord (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20030301a), but for Humans (and rebalanced, instead of being the best 3-level dip you've ever seen).

Lord of Men
A lord of men can be a noble king and savior of his people, a veteran general and master of the battlefield, or a bitter warlord seeking to conquer his enemies for power and prestige. In any case, a lord of men is a legendary leader and paragon of the human race. As such, he is able to attract a greater number of people to his cause, inspiring them to great feats of bravery in his name.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Lords of men gain no proficiency with any weapons, armor, or shields.
Gather Troops (Ex): A lord of men can maintain a larger force of human followers than a comparable leader could of other creatures. When determining the number of followers allowed for a lord of men of 2nd level or higher, multiply the amount listed in Table 2-25: Leadership in the Dungeon Master's Guide by the listed value. These additional followers must be humans. For example, a character with a leadership score of 15 could normally have up to twenty 1st-level, two 2nd-level, and one 3rd-level followers. A 2nd-level lord of men could have thirty 1st-level, three 2nd-level, and one 3rd-level followers, as long as at least ten of the 1st-level and one of the 2nd-level followers were humans. A 4th-level lord of men could have forty 1st-level, four 2nd-level, and two 3rd-level followers, so long as half of them were humans.
Rallying Cry (Ex): At 1st-level, once per day, the lord of men can utter a powerful shout that causes all allies within 60 feet to gain a +1/lord's class level morale bonus on their next attack roll and increases their speed by 5 feet until the lord's next turn. Traditionally, this mind-affecting ability is used when a formation of soldiers is about to charge. The lord can use this ability an additional time at 3rd and 5th-levels.
Final Stand (Ex): Once per day, a 5th-level lord of men can inspire his troops to a heroic effort. Firstly, all allies that are affected receive the benefit of the Diehard feat, regardless of whether they meet the prerequisites. All who are affected gain the lord's Charisma modifier as a bonus on all saving throws, and they also gain a +4 morale bonus on saves against fear. To be affected, an ally must be within 60 ft. and able to hear the lord. The effects of this ability last for a number of rounds equal to 5 + the lord's Charisma modifier.

:bump:

I'm looking for input on the Rallying Cry and Final Stand abilities in particular.
