I haven't scoured the boards to see if there's any posting on this, but does anyone know of a good melee-oriented PrC that has an arcane caster level requirement, instead of ability to cast x-level spells [i.e. spellblade, eldritch knight]? I kinda got interested when I was thinking about a new take on the warlock class. I figure that if wizards and sorcerors can pick up some combat skills, why not a warlock, too? Their fiendish forebears certainly have a proclivity for physical violence. I know that I could always home-rule the eldritch knight pre-reqs to include an "or knowledge of lesser invocations" after the 3rd-level spell requirement, but I'd like to see if something is already on the books before I start wheedling my DM. Thanks in advance for any help, and good gaming my net-brethren!
