Devigod 01-31-08, 07:12 PM	Wisdom replaces strength for damage. I suppose you could make some sort of variant or feat, but as far as it's written, you cannot apply strength.
dman11235 01-31-08, 10:52 PM	There's nothing physical there, so it's hard to add your strength bonus to it. It's hard for it to actually do damage, but it's magic (psionics), so we'll let it slide. And you don't physically propel the non-physical arrow, you mentally propel it.
