"To slay them whit thos Holy arrows does not mean to kill them but to wash their sin away"
-Aiko Tsuda, a Miko

While other Divine Casters strive to Master their spells as a Frontline Medic aiding their comrads at the edge of the battle the miko takes quite a diferent path mastering the traditional art of the Bow and merges them whit her great spellpower to Purge Undead, Evil Outsider and Man whit Evil hearts allalong.
But none the less the Miko takes pride in her abilitys to Heal and keep her comrads save from evil infulences. And many Miko strive to master the path of a Healer in a Save distance from the frontline.

Becoming a Miko

Cleric/Fighter,Druide/Fighter , pure Cleric and Druids are the most Common paths of becoming a Miko.
Pure Ranger find it hart to match the skill ranks needet to become a Miko

Class Features
All of the following are Class Features of the miko prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: An miko is proficient with all simple Weapons. But whit no kind of Armor or Shild. And is prohibited from wearing any kind of armor or shild.

Vow of Purity: Like the Druid with metal armor the Miko loses all her class abilities and spells gained from the Miko class if she should decide to wear any kind of armor or shield. But she can still cast Divine Spells gaind from other Classes this effect is going on until she takes the Armor off.

AC Bonus (Ex): A miko is highly trained at dodging blows, and
she has a sixth sense that lets her avoid even unanticipated attacks.
When unarmored and unencumbered, the miko adds her Wisdom
bonus (if any) to her AC

Purification Domain: The Miko gains the Purification Domain as a Bonus Domain.

[B][I]Imbue Arrow (Sp): At 2nd level, a miko gains the ability to cast one of her spells up to her total level in the Miko class upon an arrow. The Miko can heave a total of half her class level +1 of this arrows at a time or imbue a new one and shoot it as a standard action. She looses this ability when she wears any kind of armor.
She can choose to make touch attack whit the Arrow and only deliver the spell not the Arrow it self or to make normal attack and also deliver the Arrows Demage. (In the first case she is fiering a arrow of pure energy from her bow in the second the arrow she fires is sourundet by a visual effect based on the spell she uset to imbu the arrow)
She can only imbue spells whit the rang of Touch, Range touch or Area (when the arrow is fired, the spell’s area is centered on where the arrow lands, even if the spell could normally be centered only on the caster. This ability allows the Miko to use the bow’s range rather than the spell’s range.)

Detect evil (Sp) : as the Paladin ability of the same name.

Purge (Su): As a full-round action, a Miko can force a possessing creature or spirit out of the body it inhabits. To purge a possessing creature, the miko makes a class level check (also adding her Charisma modifier, if any), against a DC of 10 + the possessing creature’s HD + its Charisma modifi er (if any). If the mikos result equals or exceeds the DC, she succeeds in forcing the possessor from the body, with the normal results based on its method of possession. A spirit so purged cannot attempto possess the same victim for 24 hours.

Resist Taint (Ex): Miko of at least 3nd level receive a +4 sacred bonus on their saving throws against magic jar spells or similar abilities (including a ghost’s malevolence ability), and a +2 sacred bonus on dispel checks made to dispel such effects. They also get a +2 sacred bonus on their saving throws against all charm and compulsion spells and effects cast by evil outsiders or undead she looses this ability when she wears any kind of armor.

Reifuda(Sp): The Reifuda, or Spirit Scrolls, are scraps of parchment embued with holy energy and the Miko's Ki, which allow them to affect thier opponents by channelling positive energy through them. The preperation process is arduous, requiring inscribing complex caligraphy and meditation to imbue the scroll with holy energy and Ki. The process requrires at least 25gp and two hours of work per Reifuda.
At level four, the Reifuda can be empoyed by the Miko to Paralyse an Undead or Evil Outsider. If she makes a successful touch attack, while channeling positive energy as with turning undead, the target must make a Willpower save at DC 10 + the character's level of Miko's + Charisma bonus(if positive) or be held as by Halt Undead or Hold Monster respectively for a number of turns equal to the Miko's level. Non-intelligent undead get no save against this effect. If any creature effected by this is attacked or takes damge, the hold is broken. Only Undead and Evil Outsiders can be targeted by this ability.
At seventh level, the Miko gains the power to use her Reifuda to break the spells of Undead or Evil Outsiders. By channeling positive energy the Miko may use the Reifuda in a dispelling attempt against any spell cast by an Undead or Evil Outsider as the spell Greater Dispelling at a caster level equal to her level in Miko. This ability can only be used to dispel magic effects employed by an Undead or an Evil Outsider.
Once a Reifuda has been used once, it's essence is exhausted and it crumbles to dust.

Purifying Arrows (Ex):At 5th level the Miko start to add hear charisma modifier (if any) to hear Ranged and Melee Damage rolls. She learns how to channel her Ki trough hear Weapon to Damage hear foes.
She looses this ability when she wears any kind of armor.

Greater Weapon Focus (Longbow) (Ex): At 6th level the Mikos Expertise whit her weapon of choices reaches its peak she gains the greater Weapon Focus as a bonus feat.
She looses this ability when she wears any kind of armor.

Sacred Presence (Su): At 8th level the Miko becomes a being of sutch Purity that her mere presence hollows the ground where she stands (as the consecrate spell).
In addition she becomes immune to taint that counts for all its flaws and merits.

Redeem the Taintet (Su): At 10th level a Miko can attempt to Redeem a being from its Taint. This ability works only once per Person and if the person becomes tainted again the Miko will not be able to help her whit this ability again.
In addition she can also attempt to help a Divine Caster that lost his contact whit the Spirits like whit the atonement spell.

A first glance over it, and I must say I like it. At first glance at least. :P

I think it would be good if you bolded some things, like HD, qualifications, and all that.

PrC classes do up the BAB, but they don't give extra attacks (only in rare, rare cases), so no +6/+1 usually.

For as far as I know, there is no Knowledge (spirits), but it may fall under Knowledge (religion).

What happens when a Shrine Maiden DOES wear armour? The easiest way to get into this PrC would be with starting as a Cleric and taking some levels of Fighter or Ranger, and they can wear all sorts of armour and in fact rely heavily on it. Do they get any penalties from wearing armour?

Some added fluff might not be so bad, either. You can probably come up with something good. :)

Yes they do, it is just not written on them to save space.

Oh? Could you state the source for that to prove it?

Also, GorunNova, spellcheck is your friend. ;) I know being a non-native speaker and dyslexia can be great problems.

Here...

Base Attack Bonus

A base attack bonus is an attack roll bonus derived from character class and level or creature type and Hit Dice (or combinations thereof). Base attack bonuses increase at different rates for different character classes and creature types. A second attack is gained when a base attack bonus reaches +6, a third with a base attack bonus of +11 or higher, and a fourth with a base attack bonus of +16 or higher. Base attack bonuses gained from different sources, such as when a character is a multiclass character, stack.

OK, I fixed that part of it, but you need to spellcheck your stuff before you submit it, if you would please. Perhaps, if your computer doesn't have that feature, you send it to a friend on here before posting it, because I could barely understand a good deal of what you had posted.

Other than that, I like the class! But, then again, I am a big fan of anime!

Ahem... PrC classes never have +6/+1 for a very obvious reason, you need to qualify for a prestige class, you do not start as one, and as such there is no way of determining what stats a character has before hand (appart from the requirements) it can be a Ranger 3/ Cleric 3 (bab +5), or a Cleric 5 (Bab +4). And as such, there are different point in time in which you would aquire the extra attack from having a base attack bonus of +6. Mind you that these stak onto one another, so the Ranger 3 / Cleric 3 would get another attack on second level of Miko and the Cleric 5 would get another attack at third level of Miko.

Makes sense?

on another note, Zen Archery is worded incorrectly, it should state either that: "at first level the Miko gets the Zen Archery feat as a bonus feat, even though she does not meet the prerequisites". Or this is the one I think your after "The Miko counts as having the Zen Archery feat as long as she is wearing any armor"

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: An miko is proficient with all simple Weapons. But whit no kind of Armor or Shild. And is prohibited from wearing any kind of armor or shild.

Armor Bane: Like the Druide whit Irone Armor the Miko is loosing all her Abilitys and Spells gained from the Miko class if she should decide to wear any kind of armor or shild. But she can still cast Divine Spells gaind from other Classes this effect is going on until she takes the Armor off.

What would make a cleric throw away their armor? Is it a vow or does these ablilities just not work? Armor Bane sounds very wrong, reword it please, Holy Vow or something in those line makes more sense (though it sounds afully alot like Sacred Vow and cheese).

would poste more but don't have time (D&D Sesion)... Chill people

ATM it seems a bit too good - you have cleric BAB, 10/10 casting and quite a few features. Do you think you could bring it down to 8/10 or 9/10?

That was the reason behind why i took all Armor typs away from them. (and for fluff of course)
Usaly a Cleric would heav the opertunity to wear a Fullplate.
I could maby take away spells per day from them but the Miko is a Counter Caster against Evil so she can not affort to loos +Cl so maby like the Hirophant losing Spells per day but gaining CL?
