Lord Xcapobl 07-08-07, 07:18 PM	Hi all, Page 192 of the 3.5 DMG gives us the Mystic Theurge prestige class. As a special ability it increases the spells per day, and the caster level of one arcane spellcaster class each level (and the divine, but that is not the point right now). Does a Mystic Theurge gain two more spells for his or her spellbook each level if following a wizard progression? If using RAW, they don't. It is a wizard ability and there is no mention, repeat or reference to the wizard, about this otherwise. How about the Spells Known table for a Mystic Theurge that has a few sorcerer levels to build upon. Again, if simply using RAW, only spells per day and caster level increases. Did I miss out on an erratum, clarification or anything like that? Is it simply true, restricting the class any further in its immediate use (especially for a sorcerer based character)? Salla 07-08-07, 07:22 PM	The spell acquisition follows whatever classes the MT was in before, whether's more sorcerer spells known or more spells added to spellbook.
