Okay, I'll bite. What do most of these feats have to do with being nature-bound in the first place?

I am not sure what the concept is here and looking at the mechanics it just looks like a way to gain some quick Charisma boosts.

Entwine spell is just the Twin Spell feat.

Greater Entwine is just wrong.

Nature's gift makes no sense as it is written. A 9th level spell that only heals 9 HP? This really needs some heavy clarification.

As The_Shaman has pointed out, what does the feat requirements have to do with being nature bound? You don't even have a Knowledge (Nature) requirement to enter the Nature Bound PrC.

It all seems a little munchkin-esque to me.

In addtion to The_Shaman's and enygmatic_me's questions, why is the class female only, and why the D6 HD? A little bit of flavor text would go a long way.

Let's start with the "hey, what's this crap" ranting...

In D&D, there are three progressions for BAB : wizard, rogue and fighter. It's either 1/2 (giving +0, +1 +1, +2, +2), 3/4 (+0, +1, +2, +3, +3) or 1/1 (+1, +2, +3, +4, +5), but not your, well, surprising mix.
For saves, there are two progressions : weak (1/3) giving +0, +0, +1, +1, +1 or strong (2+1/2) giving +2, +3, +3, +4, +4. Same here, none of your nonsenses (hell, what's with that Will save progression ? +2 at level one then +1 more at each level ?)

Next problem : what's the type of your charisma bonus ? Is it a charisma increase similar to the one you can get ever 4 levels ? an enhancement bonus ? or an innate one perhaps ?

Then. Are your class abilities Su, Sp or Ex ?

Last : you can't give "+1 level sorcerer" for spells, for a good reason : many classes can join this PrC (Bard, to mention only one).

And so on, and so forth. When you try making a prestige class, first make it using the correct standards...

Now, about the class itself. Once more, what does any of the feats required have to do with Nature ?
How can you dare asking for a sorceress to have the Arcane Preparation feat to be more of a sorceress ?
And why can't only females join this PrC ? Any reason that should be part of the description of the class ?

So, as a piece of advice... First read the rules, then think about your concept, then re-write your PrC accordingly.
