New Concept, Prestige subsitution levels [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-28-07, 08:02 AM I was wondering a few things on this concept.

The concept is that you meet the requirements like a normal PrC, but the catch is that your levels in the PrC count as levels in the required class, and if you start back up in that class it is at a set amount of levels later. SO

1. Has anyone does this before.
2. Is it a good idea.
3. Do you like it?
4. Anything you can help me with this concept?

Racial substitution levels already do that.

Hmmm maybe, but it would also require feats and alignment components.
