Five level PrC
Requirements: Able to cast 7th level Divine spells and 7th level Arcane spells, 5 arcane spells of 5th level or higher from 5 different schools and 3 divine spells from 3 different schools or domains.

Knowledge Arcana 15 ranks, Knowledge Religion or Nature 15 ranks

Skill Focus(Spellcraft), Spell Focus in two arcane schools, Practised Spellcaster(Divine Class), Practised Spellcaster(Arcane Class)

1d4 hit die.
BAB progression as wizard
Saves progression as cleric
+1 caster level divine and +1 caster level arcane each level.

Class benefits -
All the high arcana for an Archmage PrC at the same costs except that they apply equally to divine spells as well as arcane spells. That is, for example, Mastery of Elements high arcana can be bought for an 8th level spell slot of either divine or arcane class and can be used to change the energy type of an arcane or divine spell (such as Flame Strike). Arcane Fire is the same for divine spells (except named Holy Fire) as well as arcane spells and costs one 9th level slot.

Comments, anyone? Do you think this class is balanced (high price to get in, but nice benefits)?

You have no concept, you just want to have a high level cleric and wizard together. It's poorly and lazily thought out, too.

Ill be frank.

Ay up lad.[/joke]

And now I will give you a direct answer. This is clearly an attempt to A. Continue the mystic therege to 15 levels and into epic whilst B. Getting more for your money.

Not good.
