This is a prestige class based on a certain type of character in a certain other game universe. Bragging rights for those who work it out. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Inhuman Hunter

In isolated human enclaves where contact with other races means only conflict, there exist a group of warriors whose only purpose in life is to exterminate those who are not human. Though they go by many names among their own people, outsiders know them as inhuman hunters. Most inhuman hunters are worshippers of a human deity such as Zarus (Races of Destiny) while others worship the spirits of their ancestors. Some don’t bother with religion at all.
Whatever their spiritual leanings, inhuman hunters all share a contempt for non-humans. They work actively to eradicate other races, especially where they coexist with humans. Ironically enough this has made inhuman hunters unpopular among other humans, who in most cases have learned to live harmoniously with their non-human neighbors. Despite this it takes a lot of aggravation for an inhuman hunter to raise a hand against another human. Those who object will be either ignored or incapacitated in some form or another. There are exceptions of course, as some inhuman hunters show no mercy to those who suffer the presence of non-humans. Other than this most inhuman hunters show a disdain for arcane magic, viewing it as a corruption of humanity by others (elves are popular scapegoats in this regard).
Most inhuman hunters are rangers, barbarians, or fighters. Paladins find that the path of the inhuman hunter is filled with negative intentions and thus most avoid it. However, aggressive paladins in human-only areas under constant threat from non-humans may take the class in order to better overcome their foes. These paladins often have trouble dealing with non-evil non-humans. Most other humans who detest non-humans find that they would be more effective by remaining in the classes they already have. Inhuman hunters can be of any alignment. An inhuman hunter could be a guardian who focuses only on those who pose a threat to humans. One could also be genocidal murderer who slaughters entire villages of halflings just because they were there.

Adaptation: An order of warriors with contempt for other races could conceivably find a place in any established society which is not cosmopolitan. For example, zealous followers of Gruumsh (chief god of orcs) could find it in themselves to become “not-orc hunters”.

Hit Die: d12.

Requirements

To qualify to become an inhuman hunter, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Race: Human
Alignment: Any.
Base Attack: +5
Feats: Proficiency in all martial and simple weapons, proficiency in light armor, shield proficiency, Great Fortitude, Iron Will, Track.
Skills: Survival 4 ranks.
Special: A character who wishes to take a level in this class must have single-handedly killed a number of inhumans equal to ten times her own ECL. For example: Caleb is a ranger 5 who has enough XP to advance another level. In order to take a level of inhuman hunter he must have killed 50 inhumans on his own. Now Caleb is a ranger 5/inhuman hunter 1. If he gains enough XP to level up and wishes to take a second level of inhuman hunter, he must have single-handedly killed another 60 inhumans to do so.
For the purposes of this class, an inhuman is classified as a humanoid or monstrous humanoid that is not human. Anything else is beyond the scope of the inhuman hunter.

Class Skills

The inhuman hunter’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Profession (Wis), Search (Int), Spot (Wis), Survival (Wis), Swim (Str), Tumble (Dex), and Use Rope (Dex).

Class Features

All of the following are Class Features of the inhuman hunter prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The inhuman hunter gains proficiency in medium armor, heavy armor, and tower shields.

Crush The Inhuman (Ex): An inhuman hunter has learned how to best destroy inhumans. At 1st level she gains a +2 bonus on attack rolls and Intimidate checks against inhumans. At 5th level and every five levels thereafter this bonus increases by +2.

Hammer of Foes (Su): Once per day an inhuman hunter may add her class level to a damage roll made with a melee attack against an inhuman. The use of this ability must be declared before the attack roll is made. If the target is a human, no extra damage is dealt and the use of this ability is wasted, but the inhuman hunter is now aware that the target is human. If the attack misses, the use of this ability is also wasted.

Purity of Arms (Ex): An inhuman hunter suffers a -4 penalty on attack and damage rolls when using a weapon that is not crafted by a human. Her base speed is halved when wearing armor or a shield not crafted by a human. An inhuman hunter automatically knows if a weapon, shield, or suit of armor has been crafted by a human.

Bonus Feats (Ex): At 2nd level the inhuman hunter may select a feat from the fighter bonus feat list. She gains an additional bonus feat every two levels thereafter. She must meet all the prerequisites for these feats, including minimum fighter levels and base attack bonuses.

Suffer Not The Witch To Live (Ex): At 3rd level, an inhuman hunter gains the ability to counter “elven and fey trickery” (magic). She gains a bonus on saves against arcane spells equal to half her class level. She also treats any creature with the ability to cast arcane spells as an inhuman for the purpose of her class features. The inhuman hunter’s caster level for arcane spells is reduced by 4.

Common Blood (Ex): At 4th level, an inhuman hunter has learned how to strike her kin without causing lasting harm. An inhuman hunter may deal nonlethal damage with melee attacks against humans without penalty. She also gains a +5 bonus on Heal checks made to treat humans (including herself, if possible).

They Shall Know No Fear (Ex): At 7th level the inhuman hunter has steeled herself against whatever horrors that orcs and drow can throw at her. The inhuman hunter gains immunity to fear.

Humanity’s Finest (Ex): At 8th level, the inhuman hunter’s dedication to humanity causes her to undergo a wondrous change. This can either be a blessing of her deity, a gift from her ancestors, or a transformation brought about by will alone. She gains +2 to all ability scores and gains the powerful build trait (as per the half-giant racial ability). She also gains a bonus to saving throws equal to half her class level.

Reaping Strike (Su): When using her Hammer of Foes class feature against an inhuman, a 9th level inhuman hunter may ignore damage reduction regardless of it’s source.

Forty Thousand Hammers (Ex): At 10th level, the inhuman hunter’s training and hatred enable her to launch a devastating storm of attacks against inhumans. When making a full attack with a weapon that is crafted by a human, the inhuman hunter may make two extra attacks at her highest attack bonus, but only against an inhuman. If the weapon is two handed, or one-handed and wielded in two hands, she gains another extra attack. If the weapon is bludgeoning, she gains another extra attack.

Interesting idea...

My first thought is that the class is too powerful, and needs to be toned down. I may be wrong, but that is the way it looks. Could be wrong. Specifically I have problems with how widely its benefits seem to apply (admittedly I guess this is kind of the point - but those are some good abilities being splashed around), and with the 8th and 10th level abilities.

I am not familiar with your source material, so it is quite possible it is supposed to be this good, but right now I don't know why a human fighter wouldn't take this class...

Eh?

Other than that, yeah. I guess the definition of inhuman was a bit broad. What about non-human humanoids, monstrous humanoids, and giants?

So, you made the D&D equivalent of SM:Gray Knights from W40K. (Hope that was easy enough to understand that you know if I'm right, but vague enough others can try for bragging rights.)
As a point of balance, try limiting the class so that inhumans are "Humanoids or Monstrous Humanoids that are not human." That way there's some balance instead of it obliterating all things that aren't human. I'd also specify at 3rd level "arcane spellcasters", as I see that being seen as witchery more than divine power.
Other than that, I think it looks good.

Hmm. So that's that then. I'll change it now.

It wasn't that specific chapter I had in mind though, just those guys in general.

EDIT: Yeah, i guess changing it to arcane magic would be more focused as well as thematically appropriate.
