Don't know if anybody made anything like it already but here goes:

9th +9 +3 +3 +5 0 1 0 +1 level of existing manifesting class Psionic Fury
10th +10 +3 +3 +5 1 0 0 +1 level of existing manifesting class

Class skills (4+int. modifier): Balance, Concentration, Craft, Diplomacy, Heal, Hide, Jump, Knowledge (history), Knowledge (local), Knowledge (psionics), Martial Lore, Profession, Ride, Sense Motive, Psycraft.

Requirements:
Skills: Hide 4 ranks, Concentration 4 ranks, Knowledge (psionics) 8 ranks.
Martial Maneuvers: Must know at least one Iron Heart Maneuver.
Martial Stances: Must know at least one Iron Heart stance.
Mantle: Physical Power.
Special: Must be able to become psionically focussed.

Powers Known: At each level except 1st and 6th, you gain additional power points per day and an increase in (and powers known, if applicable) as if you had also gained a level in a manifesting class to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If you had more than one manifesting class before becoming a devoted enforcer, you must decide to which class to add each level for the purpose of determining powerpoints per day, manifester level, and powers known.
Maneuvers: At each even-numbered level, you gain one new maneuver known from the Diamond Mind, Iron Heart, Shadow Hand, or Stone Dragon disciplines. You must meet a maneuver’s prerequisite to learn it. You add your full Master of Mind and Body levels to your initiator level to determine your total initiator level and your highest-level maneuvers known. At 5th level and 9th level, you gain an additional maneuver readied per day.
Stances Known: At 1st level and again at 6th level, you learn a new martial stance from the Diamond Mind, Iron Heart, Shadow Hand, or Stone Dragon discipline. You must meet a stance’s prerequisite to learn it.
Psionic Recovery (Su): Beginning at 2nd level, you can channel psionic energy to recharge your martial maneuvers. You can expend your psionic focus as a swift action to recover one expended maneuver. If you are crusader, the maneuver you recover is immediately available to you as a granted maneuver.
Armored Stealth (Ex): Masters are taught unusual techniques for staying out of sight. Starting at 5th level, you no longer take an armor check penalty on Hide checks. Your armor check penalty still applies to any other skills affected by armor check penalties.
Psionic Impetus (Su): At 7th level, you learn how to use your psionic energy to quicken your reactions and act without hesitation. You can expend your psionic focus to gain one additional swift action this round. For example, you could use this ability to both change your stance and initiate a boost maneuver in the same turn, you can activate this ability and then initiate a boost on your turn.
Psionic Fury (Su): From 9th level on, you can directly channel your psionic energy into your martial strikes. As a free action, you can spend your psionic focus to add a +4 sacred (or profane, if you are evil) bonus on your attack roll with one martial strike this turn. In addition to its normal effects, the strike deals an extra 1d10 points of damage.

And that's it, Basically I liked the idea of Psionics and Initiating maneuvres combined so I took the Ruby Knight vindicator and changed the divine part to psionics orientated.

For manifester class I took the ardent because among the psionic classes it's the closest to a cleric you can get. So in stead of a deity requirement (Wee Jas) I suggested a mantle should be included in the prerequisites because a deity limits a clerics spellcasting too. I chose for iron heart maneuvres because that way it's much harder to qualify with a Swordsage base which would give a nice synergy by adding your Wis to AC. This way it's equally hard to enter Ruby Knight vindicator as a Sword Sage.
I'm not sure which initiator paths to include, I just chose the ones I thought most appropriate. Exchanged Devoted spirit for Iron Heart and White Raven for Diamond mind, making Intimidate not a class skill anymore (it's associated with the Devoted spirit path). Finally, I exchanged the ability the ruby knight vindicator get's to exchange turn attempts for supernatural abilities into exchanging psionic focus for those abilities. Turn attempts are limited but quick, psionic focusses are slow but infinite, I think that balances it...

I'd like feedback on what you all think of it, mainly about the prerequisites and balancing... I'm not sure if psionics can be treated the same as divine spellcasting for advancement. Although an Ardent is pretty limited... And suggestions for a better name are always welcome :embarrass

Many thanks to everybody who takes time to answer and gives feedback.

Maneuvers + Alot of psionics + Full BAB? Seems a little powerful, not only with a nice added ability of negating armor check penalty.

That said, it is a well thought out class, and all of the abilities are there for a reason. I'd think about maybe cutting a few manifester levels, myself.
