A brief introduction: I was playing a campaign as a fighter, and ended up dual-classing with Dragon Shaman so that I could get some extra abilities to support the fighter class. However, this left me with few prestige classes that would fit my character, so I developed a new one, a combination Dragon Shaman and melee class. It is based on a combination of Dragon Shaman, Dragon Disciple, and Fighter stats. My friend thought that I should post it here so that the boards can help balance it, so here it is.

Level 8: Draconic Instincts +4
Level 9: Dragon Strike 5d6, Wings
Level 10: Dragon Apotheosis, Draconic Instincts +5

Dragon Strike: Starting at level 1, the Dragon Warrior can add elemental damage, in the element of his totem dragon, to an attack once per encounter. At level 1 he does 1d6 elemental damage, and this increases by 1d6 every two levels, to 2d6 at level 3, 3d6 at level 5, 4d6 at level 7, and 5d6 at level 9.

Natural Armor +1: Starting at level 1, the Dragon Warrior gains a +1 Natural Armor bonus. This increases to +2 at level 4, and +3 at level 7.

Draconic Instincts: Starting at level 2, the Dragon Warrior gains sharper senses and a dragon's instinct for battle. He gets +1 to initative rolls and a +1 bonus to his attack rolls. This increases by +1 every 2 levels, to +2 at level 4, +3 at level 6, +4 at level 8, and +5 at level 10.

Wings: At level 9, the Dragon Warrior grows a set of draconic wings. He may now fly at a speed equal to his normal land speed, with average maneuverability.

Dragon Apotheosis: At level 10, the Dragon Warrior takes on the half-dragon template. He gains +4 to Strength, +2 to Charisma, his Natural Armor bonus increases to +4, and he acquires low-light vision, 60ft darkvision, immunity to sleep and paralysis, and immunity to his totem dragon's energy type.

So, what do you all think? What would you change? I'm concerned about the interaction of Dragon Apotheosis with the Shaman class.
