| DeathXI03-28-07, 07:03 PM | From 3.0 Song and Silence -- i have yet to see a 3.5 conversion, if i'm missing it someone let me know and I'll look there :) If not, I've looked the class over and it looks like nothing really needs to change, EXCEPT FOR (if I recall right) This: Monklike Bonuses to AC: No armor or shield, gain Monklike bonuses to AC (i.e. +1 AC every 4 levels) Furthermore, add both Wis and Dex to AC when unarmored. ____ If I recall right, in 3.5 didn't the "X stat to AC" feature be changed to "X stat PER CLASS LEVEL to AC) (I.e. the Duelist -- 5 class level, 10 intelligence bonus point is still only +5 to A.C.) Edited Add-on: Yes I'm aware a monk adds all her Wisdom to A.C. according to the 3.5 handbook -- but as this is a prestige class (and not a base class) I didn't want to overpower it (or have it only be a one level dip...which the monk is right now, come to think of it...hmm) |
| Iarmeister03-28-07, 09:49 PM | Actually, Ninja of the Crescent Moon was from Sword and Fist. Great class! I didn't like it when the book came out at first, if I can admit that...but have since grown to like it more. |
| DeathXI03-28-07, 10:09 PM | So you're right! I just assumed it was, since it's more of a Rogue-Class then a fighter class (or a monk class, IMO) In any case, my question(s) and or points remain :) |
| enygmatic_me03-28-07, 10:29 PM | Ninja of the Crescent Moon was changed in an errata and ended up less powerful then originally presented. There has been no official update as far as I know outside of the errata. |

| enygmatic_me03-28-07, 10:43 PM | D&D Errata Page (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20060531a) Sword and Fist is near the bottom of the page. |
| DeathXI03-28-07, 10:55 PM | eh, that's not so bad, considering I took the class more for the AC bonuses, Sneak Attack itself (Let me get into spellwarp sniper :) ), and because it's Ninja. Period. |
| Ranger REG03-28-07, 11:07 PM | Ninja of the Crescent Moon was changed in an errata and ended up less powerful then originally presented. There has been no official update as far as I know outside of the errata. Meh. Not that bad. |
| enygmatic_me03-28-07, 11:38 PM | Meh. Not that bad. Not bad at all. If anything the changes just brings the class back into balance instead of having a full BAB, all good save combat monster running around. |
