Thinking about a new character for a brand new campaign, and one of the concepts I was considering would definitely work well with the Occult Slayer prestige class from Complete Warrior (page 66 for those of you following along at home). I'd like to use monk as my core class and stick with unarmed attacks (no weapons).

The Weapon Bond supernatural ability is used in conjunction with a masterwork weapon. How can I make my unarmed attacks (or even just one particular unarmed attack such as a fist) masterwork? I know I could just use a monk weapon, but I really want the character to be an unarmed combatant.

Anyone know of a feat that'd fit the bill? Or even another prestige class that focuses on hunting spellcasters that I could take a look at as an alternative?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Could just ask your DM if weapon focus (unarmed) would count

I'd suggest either Superior Unarmed Strike or Improved Natural Attack (Unarmed Strike) would work better for the purposes of this than Weapon Focus
