The logical anser is yes, but the requirements text contradicts it;
Feats: "..., Weapon Focus (longbow, shortbow or the composite version of either)."

But I don't see why any DM would not allow it. I would.

You would think that since they are both in the same book, it would include that in the listing. But that would mean that they actually did some GOOD editing.......yeah right.

It was the both being in the same book that threw me!

As a DM I'd certainly allow it, but I play in Living Greyhawk so thought it best to check :D
