Are you asking for the entry requirments? Off-hand I don't know them, but check in Libris Mortis for all of the info on the class.

The bulk of the class is that you slowly become more like an undead creature, while getting some combat bonuses (paralyzing touch, bonuses to natural armor and similar effects).

I've never been a big fan of the palemaster PrC from 3.5. You get absolutely nothing at first level (no special abilities or spells/per day). And you can simulate a lot of the benifits of this class by purchasing undead grafts (again, see Libris Morits for more details).

You punch people so HARD they join your army of the undead. Now how cool is that? =) And you also get a free Cohort.

You need to be able to cast Vampiric Touch (3rd and Command Undead (2nd) as Arcane spells plus some other stuff. Just get/read Libris Mortis and it has all the info you need.

the main advantage is being able to cast animate dead without components and getting the undead armour affinities, requirements are nongood alignment, knowlage religion8 ranks, able to cast comand undead and vampiric touch as arcane spells, have the skill focus know religion feat and spend 3 or more days locked in a tomb with friendly or hostile undead roaming around(u quallify even if you die)
