This is more or less a revision of the "Sovereign Speaker" from Eberron (Faiths of Eberron). The main purpose was to remove that idea from the specific setting, and to tweak it in a few ways. Do you feel it is balanced?

The Pantheistic Champion is a worshipper of all of the gods found within an entire pantheon. He reveres them each as individuals, and the pantheon as a whole. Through his worship, he has come to realize that good cannot function without evil, nor can law exist without chaos. He will show devotion to all, and exclude none. Where two or more deities within a pantheon may struggle and clash with each other, he finds the cycle of balance in their struggles, and takes no sides.

Primarily those who enter this prestige class come from neutral clerics (who either venerate neutrality itself, or simply have a more balanced perspective on the deity they were formerly devoted to), or druids. In either case, an epiphany occurs where they realize the truth in each of the religious sects dividing a pantheon, and realize the whole is exponentially more powerful than any individual deity.

Requirements:
Alignment: True Neutral (NN)*
Spells: 2nd level divine spells
Skills: Knowledge [Religion]: 7 ranks, Concentration: 6 ranks, Knowledge [Nature]: 5 ranks
Special: must worship an entire pantheon as an entity or whole, including all aspects of all deities. If a patron deity was previously worshiped, the single deity is forsaken for a pantheon as a whole.

*If the Pantheistic Champion ever willfully changes alignment, or abandons the balanced worship of a pantheon as a whole, he loses all abilities gained from this class until such time as an atonement spell or similar effect has been attained.

Divine Spellcasting: At each listed level (all but first and sixth), the Pantheistic Champion gains new spells per day and an increased caster level as if he had gained a level in a previous divine spellcasting class.

Bonus Domain: Each time this ability is gained, select a deity in the pantheon, from whom you have not yet gained a domain. You may select any one of that deity’s domains to add to your list of domains, no single domain can be gained twice. If you have gained at least one domain from each deity in the pantheon, you cannot gain any more bonus domains.

It is not uncommon for a Pantheistic Champion to stick to a single theme or focus with all domain selections; however it is equally common to see one who selects multiple different (even opposing) domains. Note that a Pantheistic Champion cannot gain any domain of an alignment outside his own, and as he must remain truly neutral to retain the benefits of this class, he cannot select any alignment domains. If he possessed an alignment domain before entering this class, and has since changed alignments, he may still retain the benefits of that domain.

You automatically gain the granted power of the domain, and may prepare and cast the domain spells in any existing domain spell slots you possess (e.g. from cleric levels).

As an example, a former cleric of Obad-Hai may have started with the Animal and Plant domains from Obad-Hai. At his first level as a Pantheistic Champion, he selects Ehloanna as the deity from whom to choose a new domain. She also has Animal and Plant domains, but he cannot select either as he already has both. He must therefore choose from her remaining portfolio of Good or Sun domains. On his next level, he must choose any deity besides Ehloanna or Obad-Hai, and may not select any domain he already possesses again.

Extra Domain Slot: At 2nd level you gain the ability to cast one extra domain spell per day, of any level up to 2 below your maximum. For example, a 6th level cleric / 2nd level Pantheistic Champion can cast 4th level spells, so he would gain an extra domain slot of up to 2nd level.

At 5th, you gain an additional extra domain slot, this one up to a maximum of 1 spell level below your maximum; continuing the previous example, a cleric 6 / Pantheistic Champion 5 could cast 5th level spells, and could cast 2 bonus spells, one up to 4th level and one up to 3rd level.

At 8th you gain the final bonus domain slot, which is of your maximum spell level. A Cleric 6 / Pantheistic Champion 8 can cast 6th level spells, and gains an extra domain slot for 6th, 5th, and 4th level spells.

These bonus domain slots are in addition to any normal domain slots available to you.

Healing Hands (Su): The Pantheistic Champion can use a move action to heal a target with positive energy. As with healing spells, this positive energy is damaging to undead. Requiring a touch, or touch attack against an unwilling target, each domain spell slot sacrificed heals 5 points of damage per spell level, as many spell slots as desired can be sacrificed in a single action.

For example, a 6th level Cleric / 3rd level Pantheistic Champion has access to 4th level spells, and one bonus domain slot of 2nd level. That gives him 1+2+2+3+4=12 domain spell levels to sacrifice, which would heal a total of 60 hit points. While this is not nearly as effective as healing spells of the same levels could be, it only uses a move action to perform.

Turn / Rebuke Undead: The Pantheistic Champion turns or rebukes undead as a cleric 3 levels lower. If the Pantheistic Champion has levels of cleric, subtract 3 from his class level and add it to his cleric levels to determine his effective level for turning or rebuking undead.

Domain Mastery: The pantheistic Champion gains one additional domain spell of each spell level he can cast (and for any future levels he gains). This replaces, not stacks with, the Extra Domain Slots gained through this class. Additionally, all domain granted powers with numerical effects (damage, extra hit points, bonuses, or penalties) are doubled. Any domain granted powers without numerical effects, but with a daily limit to uses or duration, can be used twice as often or lasts twice as long.
