CLASS FEATURES

Spellcasting:
At each level, you gain additional spells per day and spells known as noted above. These spells must be drawn from the Sonic Champion spell list

Bardic Music: You gain one extra daily use of your bardic music ability per Sonic Champion level. You can use bardic music from this class to create any effect you know as a bard.

Lore Song: Once per day, as an immediate action, you can gain a +4 insight bonus on a single attack, check, or save. You gain one additonal use of this ability at every odd-numbered Sonic Champion level (3rd, 5th, and so on.)

Lyric Spell: At 2nd level, you gain Lyric Spell as a bonus feat.

Spell Secret: Thanks to your facility for blending music and magic, you gain additional spells known for each spell level as you gain levels. These spells may be drawn from any spell list, but must either have the sonic descriptor or allow you to select an energy type when cast (in which case sonic must be one of the options, and you must select sonic), and are thereafter treated as part of your class spell list.

At 3rd level, you gain one additional 0-, one 1st-, and one 2nd-level spell known.

At 6th level, you gain one additional 3rd- and one 4th-level spell known.

At 9th level, you gain one additional 5th- and one 6th-level spell known.

Sonic Might (Sp): Beginning at 5th level, you can expend a use of bardic music to add 1d6 points of sonic damage per spell level to any spell with the sonic descriptor.

Immune to silence (Su): At 7th level, you become completely immune to the effects of magical silence. Your voice and any other sound you make carries across areas of magical silence as though there were no such effect in place, and your spells with the sonic descriptor are not suppressed by magical silence.

Inspire Greatness (Su): At 8th level, you gain the ability to inspire greatness as a 15th-level bard.

What are the prerequisites? I assume this is for bards, but will other spell-casting classes have access to it as well? If so, the bardic music ability would have to be adjusted.

I would suggest adding a capstone special ability at tenth level. I realize you get a ninth level spell, but that's not a good enough reason to take it all the way, imo.

This may be a stupid question, but what happened to spell levels 1-3?

For sonic might, I didn't look through all of the spells with the sonic descriptor, but do they all deal damage? If not, would sonic might still add damage to a spell that currently doesn't cause damage? If it does cause damage, an extra 1d6 per die is a huge boost. Perhaps +1 per die at fifth level and another +1 per die at tenth?

"What are the prerequisites? I assume this is for bards, but will other spell-casting classes have access to it as well? If so, the bardic music ability would have to be adjusted."

Whoops. It requires the ability to cast 3rd-level aracane spells, including at least 3 spells with the sonic descriptor, plus some skills and Bardic muisic 5/day.

"I would suggest adding a capstone special ability at tenth level. I realize you get a ninth level spell, but that's not a good enough reason to take it all the way, imo."

Noted.

"This may be a stupid question, but what happened to spell levels 1-3?"

You need to be able to cast 3rd level spells to qualify for the class, which I neglected to mention in the first post.

"For sonic might, I didn't look through all of the spells with the sonic descriptor, but do they all deal damage? This ability is ripped straight from Lyric Thaumaturge. And not all spells with the sonic descriptor deal damage, though most do. And yes, it can add damage to spells that deal no damage normally.
