Can anyone help me? I'm looking for an interesting PrC to give to an Evil Knight character. Something that will get the best of the Knights special abilities. What would you folks suggest? The character will eventually become a death knight if that helps the prosess.

Right now, blackguard is the only thing that comes to mind. I'll have to look through my books later to see if I can find anything else...

You lose out on the sneak attack, though. Blackguards are sly lovechilds, knights are iirc more honest. Pious Templar could do you well, imo (IE PT of Hextor), and CoRuin had a PrC for evil warrior-types. Cavalier works well if you want to focus on your riding skills, and I suppose a short dip in Marshal (or Dragonlord) could help for those charisma-based abilities.

For someone wanting the title "evil knight" you cant go wrong with the "Warrior of Darkness" prestige class, found in the Book of Vile Darkness.

Of course its always of matter of what your exact tastes are...so what kind of abilities do you think would make an "evil knight", beyond the obvious?

Martial prowess and alignment:Any evil or Alignment:Lawful evil?

Knights have to be lawful, so Lawful evil.

He has a strange notion of honour, but it seems to reside only on the battlefield. Has no shame in yielding the battlefield to a superior opponent and wont throw soldiers at a hopeless cause. A charismatic if Iron fisted leader of men gets what he wants through reputation. His word is his bond, but he doesn't necessarily hold to the spirit of the contract.

Cavalier is in CW What about Dragonlord... I'm guessing it's in a dragonlance campaign book or is it Draconomnicon?

Couple of levels in Marshal wouldn't hurt either.

Nope, Dragon Magic iirc. It could be The book of Kobolds a.k.a. Races of the dragon, but I think it was Dragon Magic.

I like Disciple of Dispater for LE warrior badies. Make sure to have a steel or iron weapon!

Thank you, this is exactly what I'm looking for!

Glad to help. It is a bit like a fighter/marshal hybrid, but I think that would fit quite well.
