Can you please make comment of this? (and suggestions how to fix it)

Prerequisites: Knowledge (arcana) 5, Knowledge (psionics) 5, ability to manifest 3rd level powers
Hit dice: d4
Class skills: As wizard + Psicraft
Skills per level: 2 + Int modifier
Base attack: Low
Good saves: None
Weapon/armor proficiencies: None
Manifester level (1+3x): At level 1, 4, 7, 10, etc you gain a powers known, power points, manifester level, as a manifesting class you had before you had this class.
Bonus power points (3+3x): At level 3, 6, 9, 12, etc you gain 1 extra power point per day.
Spell learning (1+x): At odd numbered levels you learn one spell and at even numbered levels you learn two spells. The spells can be of up to the the maximum level of powers you can manifest or the level of this prestige class (whichever number is lower), and can be selected from wizard, sorcerer, cleric, druid, and domain lists.
Additional powers available (1+x): At each level you have the ability to learn (but to not automatically learn) the Psionical Magics power of the level of this prestige class.
Bonus feat (10): At level 10 you gain a bonus feat as a wizard does. (You do not gain another bonus feat at level 20, 30, etc)
Spell casting (1): You cast arcane spells, using Int as the key ability. You must prepare spells, but do not do so automatically, you must manifest Psionical Magics to prepare spells and gain spell slots. You do not gain bonus spells for a high ability score. Arcane failure chance and stuff still applies.


Psionical Magics I-IX
Discipline: Psychokinesis
Level: no level or class, when gain access from the prestige class it is all classes (including Expanded Knowledge) and level (x).
Display: nothing
Manifesting time: 1 full-round action
Target: self
Duration: 24 hours or until expended or until power points/spell slots regained through rest, whichever comes first.
Power points: (2x-1)
Description: You need to expend your psionic focus to manifest this power. You gain a spell slot of that prestige class of spell level (x). At the time you manifest this power you must select a spell from that prestige class and prepare it in the slot, it must be a spell level no higher than (x). If you have metamagics you may select them at this time.

Class skills: The (Name) class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Knowledge (all skills, taken individually) (Int), Profession (Wis), Psicraft(Int), and Spellcraft (Int).

Manifester level: At level 1, 4, 7, & 10 the (name) gains the powers known, power points, and manifester level of a manifesting class the (name) had previously.
Spell casting: The (name) gains the ability to maintain a spell book and learn spells the same way that a wizard does. This "spell book" is actually a special psionic crystal and cannot be accessed by a wizard unless they are also psionic. (name)s do not automatically gain spell slots however. In order to prepare a spell the (name) must use their Psionical Magic power. All normal spell DCs, saves, and caster checks apply normally. The (name)'s caster level is equal to half their Character Level for the purposes of this ability.
Bonus power points: At level 3, 6, 9, 12, etc (name) gains 1 extra power point per day.
Spell learning: At odd numbered levels (name) learns one spell and at even numbered levels (name) learns two spells. These spells can be of any level the (name) currently knows. If a Divine spell is selected it is learned at +1 spell level.
Psionical Magics: At each level (name) gains access to the Psionical Magics power equal to (name) level. This power is not gained automatically. It is simply added to the (name)'s available powers.
Bonus feat: At level 10 (name) gains a bonus metamagic feat.
Psionical Cantrip: At 10th level (name) gains the ability to expend their psionic focus to cast a cantrip spell. There is no limit to the times per day this ability can be used.


Psionical Magics I-IX

Display: nothing
Manifesting time: 1 full-round action
Target: self
Duration: 24 hours, until expended, or until the manifestor rests.
Power points: (2x-1)a
Description: You need to expend your psionic focus to manifest this power. You gain a spell slot equal to the numerical version of the power you are manifesting. You may only use spells learned from the (name) class for this power, and if you must pay an additional power point per spell level adjustment of any metamagic feats you have.

Um ok ow!

Ok first thing, this is one of those classes where you need to give people a table.

Next thing, can I get a mission statement here? I have an idea of what you're going for but you need to give me a goal to work towards.

Finally look up erudite on the dnd main site, it has an expanded option in one of the mind's eye article's that let's it cast spells as powers.
