Question about Complete Scoundrel PrC's [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-06-07, 02:44 AM Maybe I missed this informaiton, but when I was looking thorough the prestige classes, I did not see any informaiton about Weapon and Armor proficiency. Am I blind or did they omit that informaiton. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
