Posted this under the wrong class name. My question is If a Master of many forms changes into an adult red Dragon can they cast the dragon's spells?

I'd have to say no because Master of Many Forms gives you access to their extraordinary special qualities, and they cast spells as spell-like abilities. So you'd get like the SR and the blind sense and so forth, but not the spell casting or some of the supernatural abilities.

Right. You don't get Spell-like or supernatural abilities, only extraordinary - anything marked as Ex as well as bonus feats, SR, and DR (I believe).
