When the RSP gains the abilities of applying Empower and Maximize to spells of the Healing Domain without increasing the level of the spell, does this special feature apply to all spells (including spontaneously cast spells) of the Healing Domain or only spells cast as Domain spells chosen from the Healing Domain spell list?

I can't point to any concrete answer for you but I can say that our DM decided to interpret it as applying to any spell available from the healing domain, not just the 1/day domain spell you get.

This has been discussed many times, and I'd say that the interpretation that's slightly more reasonable would be to say that it only applies to the Domain slot. The more balanced interpretation is also to say that it only works on the spells cast out of the domain slot. The Radiant Servant is a powerful PrC even without the healing ability. I've always considered the healing abilities an extra bonus to PCs who chose the Healing Domain, which is otherwise considered weak.

Well to be fair, we're playing an extremely hard campaign so our DM may have chosen that interpretation to help us out some. Even with a radiant servant of pelor we've already had 3 PC deaths.
