Bear form replaces the physcial bonuses from a rage, but leaves the other benefits. It says that you can use rage or frenzy to power it. I assume you can use spell rage to power bear form, but my question is a little more munchkinie.

Could I use spell rage to cast spells in bear form? It is techniquely a rage and I'd like to rule it in my favor, but it's iffy at best.

Any help?

First of all, nice handle.

If Bear Warrior's bear form actually does work with Spell Rage, then I see no reason why you couldn't cast spells in bear form, if you gained some method of being able to cast in bear form, such as Hands of Man* + perma-Tongues, or the feat Natural Spell.

* The magic item that allows a creature without hands to manipulate items as if they did have hands. I think that's the name of it.

Thanks for the input, but I don't think I got my interpertation(sp?) across. I know this isn't RAI, but here it goes:

bear form = rage
spell rage = casting in rage
Bear form + spell rage = natural spell in a round about way.

Looking at the prcs again it's even more far fetched than I thought it was.:(

You would still need a way to cast in bear form. Either using magic items or natural spell.
