Skill Points: 2 + Int modifier Base Attack Bonus: As Commoner Saves: As Commoner Level_Special 1_____Rebuild Character 1/day; 1 round per total HD 2_____Rebuild Character 2/day; 1 minute per total HD 3_____Rebuild Character 3/day; 1 hour per total HD Rebuild (Su): The character can temporarilly Rebuild her character following the rules in the Player's Handbook II on pages 196-199. This ability only affects the character's ECL prior to taking a level in this PRC, any levels gained after are unchanged. This ability may be used once per day per level of this PrC, for the duration listed in the table. I know this is a bit on the powerful side. What else should I add to the prerequisites?
