| tarkin03-28-07, 01:13 PM | The general rule is that yes, magic items (and I assume psionic items) do qualify you for feats/prestige classes. As long as you have them and are using them ... |
| Tempest Stormwind03-28-07, 01:24 PM | What item are you talking about? I'm familiar with pretty much everything printed about 3.5 psionics and the closest I can think of would either be the cognizance crystal or that warforged component which generates psionic power points if grafted to a psiforged. The Dull Grey and Rainbow ioun stones come close as well. It's possible that something slipped through, though. Both the crystals require the psionic subtype (read: have a power point reserve) to actually use, and the ioun stones don't actually grant you a reserve (they rather provide power points, which is NOT the same as having the reserve). You can get a reserve without being a manifester by being a naturally psionic race or by taking the Wild Talent or Hidden Talent feats. |

If I have an item that gives me 1 pp per day, does that allow me to satisfy that particular requirement? What item bestows you with a power point reserve of one? Having an item that simply stores power points would not qualify a character for this PrC. Edit: Damn tempest beat me to it. |
