the shinban must be a multiclass character of 2 or more classes, every shinban levels raises the level of 2 exisiting classes for determining class features only, (this does not grant bonus feats, rogue special abilities or enhancements to familiars, animal companions and psicrystals) it does grant bonuses to sneak attack, spells per day, monk ac, uncanny dodge, extra power points, new powers and new spells as well as better turning or rebuking as if they were higher level in that class, or they can treat 1 class as 2 levels higher for these cases.

no multiclass penalty, a shinban can take on endless classes with no penalty but must improve and existing class, (example i.e. if already monk5/druid2/ranger1, can be treated as an aditional level of monk, ranger or druid)
If sorcerer2, cleric2, rogue 2 ( a level each can be granted to 2 of these classes) ( think of some of my other short stroy character's besides shuriken nekogami, such as lae chi who happens to be a druid sorcerer shinban with power over plants as well as healing) or su-li ( healer/monk/ pastry baker, shinban)

The idea is similar to gestalt classes, but it is far too overpowered if I'm reading it right. Just for example say if you where a sorcerer 1/cleric 1, who took a level in a this class they can use they can decide to double there spell casting abilities of one of there classes letting them get more powerful spells at a much lower level and have the best saves, BAB, amount of skill points, and highest hd. At level 11 you could cast 9th level spells in one of your classes which your not suppose to have till level 20 and have more hp than a 11 level fighter. Sorry if I may sound a bit mean.
