Ok this is a Prestige Class I wrote up and would like to know what Anybody has to say about it

(PS Yes i know there was/is one by this name)

BLADE-DANCER
A flash of light, the sound of cloth swishing, a twirling body, beauty in motion this personifies the Blade dancer.
Blade-dancing is a martial arts technique that focuses on delivering swift precise blows with a dagger or other small blade. While most Blade-dancers are trained in martial arts then pick up a blade to enhance the attacks some are self taught fighters who are drawn to the beautiful forms of the combat dances the blade dancer performs. Monks and bards make excellent Blade dancers; Rouges who prefer the dagger as a weapon are also drawn to the blade dancer class. Blade dancers often work in groups though it is not uncommon for them to go it alone. When working with other classes the blade-dancer is often used as a scout do to their ability to move quietly quickly.

CLASS FEATURES
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Blade dancers are skilled with all simple weapons, as well as Kukri, and Kamas. They have proficiency with no armor as armor impairs their dances.
Uncanny dodge: Starting at third level a blade dancer can react to danger faster than his sense would normally allow. He retains his Dexterity bonus to Ac if caught flat footed or struck by an invisible opponent. If a Blade dancer already has Uncanny dodge from another source he instead receives improved uncanny dodge.
Deflect Arrow: Starting sixth level while dual wielding a Blade dancer receives the benefit of the feat deflect arrow=
Hide in plain sight: At tenth level a blade dancer can use the hide skill even while being observed. As long as he is within 10 feet of a shadow of some sort, a Blade dancer can hide himself from view in the open without anything to actually hide behind. He can not how ever hide in his own shadow.
Fast movement: At second level a blade dancer gains a enhancement bonus to his speed +10 at second with an additional + 5 every 3 levels thereafter
Combat Dances: Once per battle a Blade Dancer May enter in to a Combat dance or series of fighting move. The dance is designed to allow the blade dancer to hit with more force or speed dealing extra damage (1d6 first lvl, 2d6 fourth, 3d6 seventh and4d6 tenth lvl) to maintain the dance to its full length (see chart) the blade dancer must hit at least once per round or end the dance, also he must move at least 5 feet. A combat dance can only be done with light slashing weapons. If he is dual wielding the Blade dancer also gains an Ac bonus (see chart) that stacks with his Two Weapon defense feat. Note that a combat dance can not be done when wearing any type of armor as it impairs the movement of the dance. In addition to the additional damage while in a combat dance a blade dancer uses his dexterity modifier instead of strength on attack rolls
After the dance is over if is was completed or ended prematurely the Blade dancer is fatigued -2 strength – 2 dexterity for duration of battle

The name is already taken I believe (or is that Blade Singer? Its the elf spellcaster/rapier thing)

In addition, the abilities and flavor are extremely sim iliar to the Dervish in CW... They also use blades and dancing and also enter into "Blade Dances" (by anbother name).

Only real diff is Dervish's focus on scimitars (Spelling?) over daggers.
