Stonedeath Assassin from RoS - Balanced? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-30-07, 06:44 PM Hey all, I had a player asking me if they'd be able to go into the Stonedeath Assassin Prestige Class from Races of Stone for a campaign I'm going to be starting here in a short while. I took a look at it, and I wasn't quite sure what kind of balance it has. I was wondering if anyone here had input on past experience with this prestige class. Comments on the balance are appreciated, but I'm most looking for actual experience with it in-game (if anyone has any such experience, of course).

Then it's balanced. :)

Joking aside, it seems pretty weak to me.

10-31-07, 08:44 AM I've never seen it in action, but I just looked it over.

If anything, it seems a little underpowered to me. It's best ability is stoneskulk (which I do have to say is pretty interesting).
