RAPE and PEACH please?

I didn't include too much fluff, only a little bit. This is my first attempt at ever building a prestige class. Don't go easy, though, I really want to balance this class for a three-man game. That and I need to get some lessons on balancing.

Are any powers too good? Is anything out of synch?

Here it is, the Sustained by Arcanum, the Eater of Magic.

Sorcerers and wizards thrive by manipulating
arcanum. The mystic weave of all things magic,
all things secret, all things powerful.
They have the innate or learned ability to
alter reality, destroy, and create on a whim.
Some have gone so far as to be able to grant
unimaginable wishes, create god-like miracles,
and gate between entire realities.

A few students of arcanum find a different path.
Instead of infusing the world around them with
it, they use it to sustain their bodies, and launch
themselves into arcanum-driven rages of fury and terror.
They are those Sutained by Arcanum.

Sustained by Arcanum, 10-level prestige class.

ABILITIES
---------

STRIKE OF ARCANUM 1
-----------------
The first ability learned by the Sustained by Arcanum is their signature
ability, the Strike of Arcanum. The Sustained can sacrifice a prepared spell
or spell slot equal to or lesser than their level in the Sustained class.
By doing this, they may temporarily use their caster level as their
base attack bonus. This effect lasts rounds equal to the level of the spell
or spell slot sacrificed plus two. If this would increase the Sustained's
BAB above their character level it instead becomes their character level.

FORCE OF ARCANUM 2
----------------
The Sustained's ability to manipulate arcanum is no longer limited to their
simple gestures and vocalizations- it becomes an artform directly from their
soul. To reflect this, a Sustained is no longer affected by the arcane spell
failure chance of light or medium armour. They can never, however, gain the
ability to wear heavy armour without penalty- even with the proper feats and
abilities. Heavy armour always impedes their inner self, sensitizing the arcanum
to their every action. Also, three times per day, a Sustained can invest some arcanum
into their armour. The armour bonus granted by the suit of armour invested applies
to touch attacks for rounds equal to the Sustained's class level.

IMPROVED ARCANE STRIKE 3
----------------------
Any spell sacrificed for the purposes of the Arcane Strike feat is treated as
one level higher than it actually is to a maximum of the highest level spell a
Sustained is able to cast. Also, the bonuses apply for the next two rounds.
Additional uses of Arcane Strike in two consecutive rounds do not stack.

DEFENSE OF ARCANUM 4
------------------
Every morning when the Sustained prepares his spells (or after he finishes
resting in the case of spontaneous casters)he may leave one spell un-memorized,
or one spell slot 'used'. The Sustained gains a deflection bonus to
armour class equal to the level of the spell written off, and can be
no higher than the Sustained's class level. If the
Sustained is unconscious, asleep, or otherwise completely incapacitated
(petrification, etc.) this bonus no longer applies. This effect lasts until
the next time the Sustained regains his spells.

RESISTENCE OF ARCANUM 6
------------------
Every morning when the Sustained prepares his spells (or after he finishes
resting in the case of spontaneous casters)he may leave one spell un-memorized,
or one spell slot 'used'. The Sustained gains a resistence bonus to all saving
throws equal to the level of the spell written off, and can be no higher
then the Sustained's class level. If the
Sustained is unconscious, asleep, or otherwise completely incapacitated
(petrification, etc.) this bonus no longer applies. This effect lasts until
the next time the Sustained regains his spells.

TERRIFYING ARCANUM 7
------------------
The Sustained understands the very fabric of arcanum, and can weave it in
impossibly horrifying ways. Three times per day as a standard action,
a Sustained can sacrifice a spell of his class level or lower to create a
burst with a 30ft radius of terror-inspiring arcanum. This effect is centered
around the Sustained and does not affect him or his allies. All opponents in
the area with an intelligence score of 3 or higher must make a Will save or
become panicked and flee the area. If the save is successful, they become
shaken. The duration of this ability is rounds equal to the level of the
spell sacrificed. The DC of this ability is 12 + the Sustained's primary
casting ability modifier + the level of the spell sacrificed.

VISCIOUS ARCANUM 8
----------------
By sacrificing a spell slot or prepared spell for that day, a Sustained
can infuse his attacks with viscious energy. For a number of rounds equal
to the spell sacrificed, a sustained does an additional xd6 damage, where
x is the level of the spell sacrificed. This ability can be used as a swift
action any number of times per day. Multiple uses do not stack.

SUPERIOR ARCANE STRIKE 9
----------------------
Any spell sacrificed for the purposes of the Arcane Strike feat is treated as
two level higher than it actually is to a maximum of the highest level spell a
Sustained is able to cast. Also, the bonuses apply for the next two rounds.
Additional uses of Arcane Strike in two consecutive rounds do not stack. This
ability overlaps, and does not stack with, Improved Arcane Strike.

FORM OF ARCANUM 10
-------------------
The arcanum a Sustained is able to manipulate is exponential. This ability
provides three benefits:
Firstly, a Sustained may sacrifice any spell slot or prepared spell as an
immediate action. He then gains Damage Reduction x/- and resistence to two
energies x for x rounds, where x is the level of the spell sacrificed.
Secondly, the Sustained's type becomes outsider (native), and they gain
darkvision 60, low light vision, DR 5/magic, and can no longer age naturally
or magically, however mental bonuses still accrue, and they still die when their
time is up.
Lastly, the Sustained is able to leave any number of spells unprepared at the
begining of the day (or 'used' in the case of spontaneous casters). For every
spell left unprepared, the Sustained's HP total is treated as the total of these
spell levels higher until he prepares spells again. For example, if a wizard 10/
Sustained by Arcanum 10 leave three seventh and three sixth level spells unprepared,
that Sustained's HP total increases by 39 for that day. Spells used for
Resistence of Arcanum and Defense of Arcanum apply to this ability as well.
